“Was a good day out and the value for the bundle trip on here was good. However I have been here before (3times) and it has gone downhill since I last visited in 2023. You can tell they have become more money grabbing. The tours are overbooked and therefore not enjoyable, the photos that have been part of the payment for years are now $40 each! And we only got one fish per group which you use to at least get one each! Disappointing that one of our favourite places has changed, and not for the good.”

“The whole day was fantastic. Directions to the terminal were clear. All of the instructions on where to meet for activities were clear. If it did it again, I would bring goggles for the sand activity, as we all ended up with sand in our eyes. We bought the photos, which include all photos that were taken during the day. I would have booked a sunset photo session if I had known that. We booked quad ATVs once we got there, which was really fun. It was a fun day. We loved feeding the dolphins. It was a great experience.”

“My husband and I along with our two young children (aged 3 and 4.5) did the marine discovery tour and dolphin feeding experience package early 2026. The marine discovery tour was nothing like advertised. Staff threw fish food off the boat to attract fish but please be aware chances of seeing no marine life is highly likely. The boat also didn’t have the glass floor you had to stand up to look into several tub like objects to see any water beneath. We also were extremely disappointed that an Asian tour guide spoke on speaker/microphone in another language for much of the tour. We believe this should have been disclosed…”

It would have been helpful have more information initially about the Day Lounge area which we would have used more if known about it before going there.
