“I cannot give a rating on this trip as didn’t happen. The boat had mechanical problems so cancelled at the 11th hour then given lots of different explanations as to what was going to happen going forwards. Offered us 3 days later and said they’d let us know well in advance on progress. We received a text again at the 11th hour saying still not fixed so didn’t get a chance to try to find another excursion. Now everything is booked and no trip for our last day. I know a mechanical fault is out of the companies control but feel I’ve been spun a yarn slightly as one minute…”
