Review of Mauritius dolphin swimming and whale watching by speedboat, with snorkeling, wildlife ethics, practical tips, and honest value advice.

“Good ethical company. We were lucky and managed to see both the whales and dolphins today. Other boats were allowing people to jump in the water whilst the whale was present and it would then disappear. It was clear it didn’t want to be disturbed. The dolphins didn’t appear to mind that everyone was swimming amongst them. It did get too busy with all the other boats but overall a great experience”

They gave ample time around dolphins, moving around to go near them, and then took us to baby whales spot first, and then sperm whales next. It was amazing to watch them swim so close. Guide was jovial and spoke well. A bit expensive, but overall it was a great experience.”
