“We booked for the 7am whale watching session and selected one of the approved pick up locations, we arrived well ahead of time and waited for 25 minutes with no communication, we called a couple of times and when we finally got through we were told it had been cancelled and that we would be picked up at 10am instead. They were then 20 minutes late for this as well, which meant we went in the hottest part of the day and not at sunrise which was our preference. Very poor organisation however the trip itself was good and we saw both whales and dolphins”
